Volleyball Recap: Amphitheater Comes Up Short

Amphitheater was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 21st straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against The Gregory School Hawks, falling 3-0. The Panthers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Hawks from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-13, 25-16.

Amphitheater's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for The Gregory School, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Coming up, Amphitheater will face off against Walden Grove at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, The Gregory School and Pusch Ridge Christian Academy will dust off their jerseys to face off against one another at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
