Basketball Recap: Union County Takes a Loss

Union County was the 36-35 winner over Scott when they last played one another back in November of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Union County Patriots were outmatched by the Scott Highlanders and fell 56-23. The match marked the Patriots' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Union County's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Scott, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Union County and Clinton will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Scott will take on Anderson County in a holiday battle at at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
