Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bourbon County). Everything went their way against the Lexington Christian Eagles on Tuesday as they made off with an 18-9 victory. The high-scoring effort was just what the Colonels needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Bourbon County's win bumped their record up to 6-14. As for Lexington Christian, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

Coming up, Bourbon County will take on Bracken County at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lexington Christian, they will square off against Burgin at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
