Talawanda is a perfect 3-0 against Monroe since August of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Brave will head out to take on the Hornets at 6:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Talawanda has four straight victories, Monroe has 18 straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Wednesday, Talawanda earned a 3-1 win over Ross.

Talawanda walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-14, 15-25, 25-19, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Monroe lost 3-0 to Edgewood on Thursday.

Talawanda's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Monroe, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-16.

Talawanda took their victory against Monroe in their previous meeting on September 11th by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Brave since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
