Muckleshoot Tribal is 8-2 against Sound Christian since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. Having just played yesterday, the Muckleshoot Tribal Kings will head out on the road to face off against the Sound Christian Lions at 10:00 a.m. Muckleshoot Tribal knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Sound Christian likes a good challenge.

Muckleshoot Tribal took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They put the hurt on Evergreen Lutheran with a sharp 63-42 win. The Kings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Sound Christian beat Providence Classical Christian 56-45 on Thursday.

Muckleshoot Tribal better keep an eye on Makai Resseau. He was instrumental in Sound Christian's win, dropping a double-double with 20 points and 15 rebounds. The dominant performance gave Resseau a new career-high in boards. Mika Lester was another key player, putting up 15 points.

Muckleshoot Tribal's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.7 points over those games. As for Sound Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season.

Muckleshoot Tribal came up short against Sound Christian in their previous meeting two weeks ago, falling 53-49. Can Muckleshoot Tribal avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
