Baseball Recap: Terre Haute South Vigo Wins Going Away Against Linton-Stockton

Terre Haute South Vigo had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the six-run drubbing they dealt Linton-Stockton on Monday. The Braves blew past the Miners 7-1. The Braves not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since April 14th (when they won 16-1).

Austin Semmler spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on six hits and racked up six Ks. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Terre Haute South Vigo is 2-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 5-9 otherwise.
