Basketball Recap: Highlands Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Highlands, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They walked away with a 78-66 win over the Newport Central Catholic Thoroughbreds on Friday. The Bluebirds have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Thoroughbreds, too.

Highlands' victory bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Newport Central Catholic, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season.
