Soccer Recap: Beaver Takes a Loss

Beaver was the 3-0 winner over Parowan when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Beavers fell just short of the Rams by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. Beaver's loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Ethan Harris wasn't going to let Parowan walk away unscathed as he scored both of Beaver's goals, bringing his season total up to seven goals.

Beaver now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Parowan, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-9 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Beaver will welcome San Juan at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Beaver will be up against San Juan's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.13 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Parowan, they will be playing at home against Gunnison Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
