Volleyball Recap: Hazlehurst Comes Up Short

Hazlehurst managed to slip by Crystal Springs the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Indians lost 3-0 to the Tigers on Thursday. The Indians' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it six in a row dating back to last season.

Hazlehurst's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Crystal Springs, their victory bumped their record up to 2-7.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Hazlehurst will face off against rival Port Gibson at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Crystal Springs is set to take on their familiar foe Jefferson County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
