Volleyball Recap: Goose Creek Takes a Loss

Goose Creek lost against Cane Bay on September 11th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Gators came up short against the Cobras, falling 3-0.

While Goose Creek ultimately came up short, they really made Cane Bay work, particularly in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-5, 28-26.

Goose Creek has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season. As for Cane Bay, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-5-1.

Goose Creek has already played their next match (against Berkeley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Cane Bay, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Wando on the 2nd.
