Volleyball Recap: Pendleton Takes a Loss

Pendleton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the West-Oak Warriors. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Allie Keith was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 19 digs. Those 19 digs gave her a new career-high.

Pendleton's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for West-Oak, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Pendleton will take on rival Belton-Honea Path at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, West-Oak is set to challenge their familiar foe Walhalla at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give the Warriors their first taste of in-conference action this season.
