Herscher has gone a perfect 10-0 against Wilmington recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Tigers will be playing at home against the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. The two teams each escaped with close wins against their previous opponents.

While Herscher's win against Bradley-Bourbonnais wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Tigers won by a goal and slipped past the Boilermakers 3-2. The victory continues a trend for Herscher in their matchups with Bradley-Bourbonnais: they've now won four in a row.

Meanwhile, Wilmington narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family 2-1. Wilmington wouldn't have won without Audrey Powlick, who scored the game-winner.

Wilmington is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season. As for Herscher, their victory bumped their record up to 9-2-2.
