Basketball Game Preview: Linden Lions vs. Bret Harte Bullfrogs

Linden is 1-9 against Bret Harte since February of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Linden Lions will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bret Harte Bullfrogs at 7:15 p.m.

Last Friday, Linden came up short against Big Valley Christian and fell 51-43. Linden has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Bret Harte came tearing into Friday's contest with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Bears as they made off with a 67-45 win. The Bullfrogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 21 points or more this season.

Bret Harte's victory was their 11th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-5. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.4 points per game. As for Linden, their loss dropped their record down to 10-7.
