Volleyball Recap: Conroe Comes Up Short

Conroe was the 2-0 winner over Waller when they last played one another back in August of 2017, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers fell 2-0 to the Bulldogs on Friday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-18.

Conroe's loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Waller, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 12-3.

Conroe wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Cypress Falls on the 22nd. As for Waller, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Houston Christian on the 22nd.
