Volleyball Recap: Marion Warriors vs. Council Grove Braves
After a string of five wins, Marion's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell just short of the Council Grove Braves by a score of 2-1.
Marion came incredibly close to winning: the sets they lost were decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 25-23, 21-25, 26-24.
Marion's defeat dropped their record down to 13-10. As for Council Grove, their win bumped their record up to 7-13.
