Baseball Game Preview: Johnson Knights vs. North Hall Trojans

Johnson hasn't had much luck against North Hall recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. Johnson is taking a road trip to face off against North Hall at 5:55 p.m. Johnson has given up an average of 13 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Johnson is headed into Tuesday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 17th straight game on Friday. They lost 11-1 to Pickens.

Meanwhile, North Hall came tearing into Friday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Indians a 3-0 shutout. That's two games straight that the Trojans have won by exactly three runs.

Johnson's loss dropped their record down to 2-19. As for North Hall, their win bumped their record up to 14-5.

Johnson suffered a grim 21-3 defeat to North Hall in their previous matchup back in April of 2016. Can Johnson avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
