Chavez made her presence known in Tulelake's 19-1 win
Quetzalli Chavez produced her most outstanding game to date while leading Tulelake to the win on Tuesday. Chavez was dialed in and scored three runs and stole a base while going 4-for-4. She played a big game the last time she faced Dunsmuir, so the team probably should've seen her coming. Chavez is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now stolen at least one in the last three games she's played.
Chavez and Tulelake have the luxury of staying home for another game and will welcome Hayfork at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. Tulelake is 9-1 against Hayfork going back to May of 2017, a lead they'll look to extend.
