Baseball Recap: Sylvania Comes Up Short

Sylvania fell victim to Geraldine and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 12-0. The Rams' loss continues a trend for the team, making it 13 in a row.

Sylvania's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Geraldine, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Sylvania will venture away from home to square off against Plainview at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Geraldine, they will head out to challenge Section at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
