Citrus Valley has gone 8-2 against Redlands recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Citrus Valley Blackhawks will venture away from home to square off against the Redlands Terriers at 5:30 p.m. Citrus Valley is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.

Citrus Valley is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Segerstrom two weeks ago (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Citrus Valley lost 69-49 to Segerstrom. While losing is never fun, the Blackhawks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 997th, while the Jaguars are ranked 294th).

Redlands hasn't had quite the year their fans were hoping for to this point, but back-to-back wins may be a sign of good things to come. They blew past Rim of the World 44-19 on Friday. That 25 point margin sets a new team best for the Terriers this season.

Redlands' victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Citrus Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.

Citrus Valley took their win against Redlands in their previous meeting back in January of 2024 by a conclusive 54-33. Does Citrus Valley have another victory up their sleeve, or will Redlands turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
