Golden waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Pomona Panthers by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Demons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Trinity Simon paced Golden's offense, picking up six kills. Simon got some help from Blake Mitchell and her eight assists. Simon was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Golden's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Pomona, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Golden has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Skyline on the 27th. As for Pomona, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Conifer on the 27th.
