Lewisville better keep an eye on Kaedyn Cobbs. He was instrumental in Guyer's win, rushing for 121 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Cobbs also punched in two rushing touchdowns, which is notable because the Wildcats are undefeated when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise. Aiden Martens was another key back, rushing for 87 yards and one score.

Guyer's run defense was locked in: Little Elm could only muster 0.8 yards per carry. The team can thank Jaylon Sterling for the heroic effort on defense: he. Guyer's ground attack was stronger, having averaged 5.1.

Lewisville was able to grind out a solid win over Guyer when the teams last played back in November of 2024, winning 27-17.
