Dynamic duo of Nathaniel McCullar and Braylon Lewis lead Tekoa Academy to victory

Recap: Tekoa Academy Knight vs. Community Christian Lions
The Tekoa Academy Knight won the last time they faced the Community Christian Lions, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Tekoa Academy came out on top against Community Christian by a score of 43-30.
Leading Tekoa Academy to victory were Nathaniel McCullar and Braylon Lewis. McCullar scored 16 points along with five steals, while Lewis scored 18 points along with eight steals. Another player making a difference was Kenneth Newton, who scored four points along with three steals.
The win got Tekoa Academy back to even at 1-1. As for Community Christian, they are on a 16-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-17.
Tekoa Academy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Harmony Science Academy at 5:30 p.m. on February 6th. As for Community Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Veritas Classical Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Veritas Classical Academy is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
