Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sun Prairie West). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Madison East Purgolders an 18-0 shutout on Tuesday. The Wolves have beaten the Purgolders the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Purgolders has come to flipping the script.

The win got Sun Prairie West back to even at 9-9. As for Madison East, they are on a 23-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-22.
