Softball Recap: David Anderson Comes Up Short

David Anderson lost against United on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Blue Devils lost 16-3 to the Golden Eagles. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

David Anderson saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Marah Householder, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

David Anderson's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for United, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-1.

Looking ahead, David Anderson will challenge East Canton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Blue Devils' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Hornets have averaged an impressive 7.9 runs per game this season. As for United, they will welcome Heartland Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
