Bancroft-Rosalie's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Samryn Dick, who scored 15 points along with 7 assists and 5 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Addison James, who scored 15 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals.
Meanwhile, Omaha Nation took their contest on the road on Thursday with ease, bagging a 60-15 win over Lyons-Decatur Northeast. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 33-11.
Bancroft-Rosalie's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Omaha Nation, their win bumped their record up to an identical 1-0.
Bancroft-Rosalie didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Omaha Nation when the teams last played back in December of 2022, but they still walked away with a 60-56 win.
