Trabuco Hills beats San Juan Hills for their second straight win

Even though The Trabuco Hills Mustangs have not done well against the San Juan Hills Stallions recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Trabuco Hills walked away with a 24-17 victory over San Juan Hills. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Trabuco Hills.
Leading Trabuco Hills to victory were Taylor Bowie and Ryan Luce. Bowie rushed for 117 yards and a touchdown, while Luce gained 134 total yards and two touchdowns.
Trabuco Hills has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. As for San Juan Hills, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Trabuco Hills will challenge El Toro at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. El Toro is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak. As for San Juan Hills, they will head out on the road to face off against Aliso Niguel at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Aliso Niguel will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 249th, while San Juan Hills is ranked 44th).
