Football Recap: Woodside Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Woodside lost against Hampton back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Wolverines were outmatched by the Crabbers and fell 47-7. The Wolverines have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

When it comes to explaining why Woodside lost, don't look at Terris Bowen Iii. Despite the final result, he rushed for 91 yards and one touchdown on only 11 carries.

Woodside now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Hampton, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Woodside will venture away from home to face off against Menchville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hampton, they will head out to challenge Glen Allen at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th.
