Soccer Game Preview: Eastern View vs. Courtland

The Eastern View Cyclones are taking a road trip to take on the Courtland Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Eastern View has given up an average of 3 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Eastern View fell victim to Albemarle and their airtight defense on Friday. They lost 5-0 to the Patriots. Eastern View have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Courtland took on Massaponax last Friday. Courtland had just enough and edged out Massaponax 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Courtland.

Eastern View's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Courtland, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Eastern View suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Courtland when the teams last played back in May of 2024. Can Eastern View avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
