Pine Prairie entered their tilt with Ville Platte on Tuesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 12-1 win. Considering the Panthers have won 15 games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Kynnedi Ware made a splash while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 19 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run. That's the most hits she has posted since back in February.

In other batting news, Josie Vidrine was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-2. Another player making a difference was Chloe Adcock, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.

Pine Prairie kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in six consecutive matches.

Pine Prairie pushed their record up to 26-3 with the victory, which was their 14th straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.3 runs over those games. As for Ville Platte, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season.

Pine Prairie has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Mamou on the 9th. As for Ville Platte, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 7-4 win against Church Point on the 10th.
