Basketball Recap: Richards Comes Up Short

Richards was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Dime Box Longhorns, falling 66-32. The Panthers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-10.

Richards' defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Dime Box, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-10.

Richards and Dime Box will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Panthers see the court they'll take on North Zulch at 10:00 a.m. on January 2, 2026. As for Dime Box, their break will end when they face Fayetteville at 4:30 p.m. on January 2, 2026.
