Recap: Northside - Pinetown vs. Columbia
Northside - Pinetown won the last time they faced Columbia, and things went their way on Friday, too. Northside - Pinetown were fully in charge, breezing past Columbia 56-18. Not happy with the 20-18 score at halftime, Northside - Pinetown made a real splash in the second half.
Northside - Pinetown's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 20 points in the first half. Columbia came up with 18 to make it 20-18 heading into the break. The offense for Northside - Pinetown continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 36 points. The game pushed Columbia down to 0-2 and pulled Northside - Pinetown up to the reverse 2-0.
Northside - Pinetown are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Washington next week at 7:00 PM. Columbia will look to defend their home turf next week against Northwest Halifax at 7:00 PM.
