Basketball Recap: Campbell-Savona Comes Up Short

Campbell-Savona was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Canisteo-Greenwood Chargers and fell 71-26. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 719th, while the Chargers are ranked 226th).

Campbell-Savona's loss dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Canisteo-Greenwood, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-8.

As of now, neither Campbell-Savona nor Canisteo-Greenwood have any future games scheduled.
