Dickson Academy is headed into Saturday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their tenth straight game dating back to last season back in December of 2024. They were dealt a 62-22 loss at the hands of Franklin Road Christian. The Falcons were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-15.

Meanwhile, a well-balanced attack led Boyd Christian over Franklin Classical School in every quarter on their way to victory on Thursday. Everything went Boyd Christian's way against Franklin Classical School as Boyd Christian made off with a 52-29 win. The Broncos have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 23 points or more this season.

Boyd Christian found their leader in sophomore Brooke Kesey, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 12 boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Cydney Perry, who posted four points along with seven rebounds and six assists.

Boyd Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 22 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in November of 2024.

Dickson Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Boyd Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 12-9.

Dickson Academy was taken down by Boyd Christian 61-21 in their previous matchup back in January of 2024. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Kesey, who went 8 for 13 on her way to 18 points and seven boards.
