Volleyball Recap: Charles Wright Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Charles Wright lost against Bellevue Christian back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Tarriers fell 3-1 to the Vikings. The Tarriers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Ava Close-Boyd paced Charles Wright's offense, picking up 14 kills. Close-Boyd got some help from Emilee Hood and her 96 assists. Close-Boyd was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Charles Wright's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Bellevue Christian, they pushed their record up to 9-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coming up, Charles Wright will challenge Cascade Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Bellevue Christian, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Annie Wright on the 16th.
