Rabun County had won four straight at home, but on Friday they bumped up to 7-0 to make it five. They took their game with ease, bagging a 55-28 win over the Commerce Tigers. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won five matchups by 27 points or more so far this season.

Reid Giles produced another solid performance rushing for 243 yards and four scores while picking up 12.2 yards per carry, and also catching one TD. Thanks to that big game, he is now up to 15 rushing touchdowns on the season. Rabun County also got a significant boost from Lake Evans, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 134 yards.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Rabun County was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 396 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in September of 2024.
