Soccer Game Preview: South Stokes vs. Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy

The South Stokes Sauras will head out to challenge the Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy Phoenix at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Last Monday, South Stokes didn't have quite enough to beat West Stokes and fell 2-1. South Stokes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy came up short against South Davidson last Tuesday and fell 6-4. Even if Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy couldn't come away with the win, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their offense, which had struggled int the games prior.

Josgar Cisneros-Perez and Guillermo Castro-Hernandez scored all four of Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for South Stokes, they now have a losing record of 4-5-2.
