Archer dropped down to 6-3 on Saturday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They took a blow against the Cherokee Braves, falling 49-20. The matchup marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

As for Cherokee, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 79.4 points over those games.

Leading Cherokee to victory were Lilly Lossiah and Madison Rogers. Lossiah posted 15 points and three steals, while Rogers shot 42% from the field on her way to 13 points and four blocks. Lossiah is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as she's posted one of at least 50% in the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Joscelyn Stamper, who scored eight points and seven rebounds.

Coming up, Archer will be taking part in a tournament against Fort Mill at 3:45 p.m. on Saturday. Cherokee and Lake Norman will compete for holiday cheer at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
