Softball Recap: Williston Red Devils vs. Bell Bulldogs        
        
		
            
 Williston never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They blew past the Bell Bulldogs 9-0. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for Williston.
 Not much got past  Aubrey Bertrand, who gave up just  two  hits and racked up six Ks to keep Bell off the board. Bertrand has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in six consecutive pitching appearances.
 On the hitting side,  Baylee Cribbs and  Brooklynn Bertrand did most of the damage at the plate:  Cribbs  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-4, while  Bertrand  scored a  run while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of  Luna Asencion, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-5.
 Williston has  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four games,  which provided a nice bump to their 13-10 record  this season. As for Bell, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-11.
 Williston will be playing in front of their home fans against Wildwood at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Bell, they will be staying on the road  on Thursday to face off against Chiefland at 7:00  p.m. Bell is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 8.7  runs per game  this season.
