River Valley extended the longest winning streak in IV Section III this week by beating Estrella Foothills, 55-7. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Dust Devils.

Wickenburg took down North Pointe Prep 61-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Charles Johnson threw for 237 yards and 6 touchdowns and ran for 11 yards in the win.

Brandon Long provided a threat through the air and on the ground as River Valley defeated the Wolves.

Long was a beast in the backfield as Terry Staggs' team bested Estrella Foothills.

Long was the best running back in the league this week. He ran for 276 yards on 32 carries as the Dust Devils defeated Glendale. Teammate Derek Advocate added to the ground attack by rushing for 22 yards.

The Wranglers' Johnson and Cloud Fritts have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-0 quarterback Johnson has thrown for 1,026 yards this season, while Fritts has 32 catches for 401 yards. Long from River Valley leads the league in rushing with 1,461 yards.

The top two teams in IV Section III will face off this week when first place River Valley takes on second place Parker. Last week, the Dust Devils bested Lamar Early's team, while the Broncs topped the Cardinals.

The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Parker takes on River Valley. Jeston Lotts' team has allowed 113 points this season, while the Dust Devils have given up 63. The Broncs allowed 13 points last week as they topped Glendale.

There should be lots of points scored when Parker and River Valley face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, the Broncs comes in having scored 272 this season, while the Dust Devils have scored 318. Parker scored 55 points last week as it beat Brian Bowman's team.

Wickenburg led the league in scoring this week after putting up 61 points on the Falcons. Johnson ran for 11 yards during the win.
