Basketball Game Preview: Westampton Tech Panthers vs. Northern Burlington Greyhounds

Westampton Tech and Northern Burlington are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2014, but not for long. The Westampton Tech Panthers will be playing at home against the Northern Burlington Greyhounds at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. Westampton Tech is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.

Last Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Westampton Tech beat Salem 50-45.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Westampton Tech to victory, but perhaps none more so than Alex Jeanty, who went 8 of 14 en route to 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Shakur Anderson, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine boards.

Meanwhile, Northern Burlington had to suffer through a 71-34 loss at the hands of Pennsauken. The Greyhounds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Westampton Tech's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Northern Burlington, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Everything came up roses for Westampton Tech against Northern Burlington in their previous meeting back in January, as the squad secured a 64-35 win. Will Westampton Tech repeat their success, or does Northern Burlington have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
