Volleyball Recap: Wisner-Pilger Takes a Loss

Wisner-Pilger lost against North Bend Central back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Gators fell 2-0 to the Tigers. The Gators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Charlee Thies paced Wisner-Pilger's offense, picking up five kills. Thies got some help from Ramsey Arduser and her ten assists.

Wisner-Pilger's loss dropped their record down to 13-17. As for North Bend Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-13 record this season.

Wisner-Pilger has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Humphrey-Lindsay on the 18th. As for North Bend Central, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Pender on the 18th.
