Bearek Shuman had another great game (as he tends to do), throwing for 212 yards and three touchdowns on only 19 passes, while also punching in one TD on the ground. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in rushing yards (26). East Helena's leading receiver Conor Carpenter was Shuman's top target yet again, picking up 95 receiving yards and one score.

Meanwhile, Fergus got themselves on the board against Park on Thursday, but Park never followed suit. They blew past the Rangers, posting a 55-0 win. The Golden Eagles' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.
