Basketball Recap: North Brunswick Comes Up Short

North Brunswick was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Montgomery Cougars, falling 81-60. While losing is never fun, the North Brunswick Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 337th, while the Cougars are ranked 19th).

North Brunswick's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Montgomery, their win bumped their record up to 12-2.

North Brunswick didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 55-48 victory against South Brunswick on the 23rd. As for Montgomery, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 60-45 win against Immaculata on the 23rd.
