Volleyball Recap: Scituate Takes a Loss

Scituate lost against Braintree back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Sailors lost 3-0 to the Wamps. The Sailors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-8, 25-8.

Corbin Ward paced Scituate's offense, picking up three kills. Ward got some help from Caleb Foley and his four assists.

Scituate's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Braintree, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Scituate nor Braintree have any future games scheduled.
