            Volleyball Recap: Wayne Pioneers vs. St. Albans Red Dragons        
        
		
        
        
            If Wayne was feeling good  fresh off their  3-0 takedown of Logan on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Pioneers took  a  3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Albans Red Dragons on Thursday. The Pioneers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Red Dragons earlier this season, when they won  2-1.
 The final score came out to 25-17, 25-13, 17-25,  25-19.
 St. Albans' win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Natalie Harris, who  had 16  digs. That's the most  digs  Harris has posted since back in September.  Adriana Taylor was another key player,  getting eight  digs and seven assists.
Wayne's loss dropped their record down to 13-24-1. As for St. Albans, their win was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 21-14.
While Wayne had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
