Hollywood has gone 9-1 against Belmont recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. Hollywood will face off against Belmont at 4:00 p.m. Hollywood will be strutting in after a win while Belmont will be coming in after a loss.

Last Thursday, Hollywood made easy work of Robert F. Kennedy Community and carried off a 17-1 victory. The game marked the Sheiks' most dominant win of the season so far.

The team relied heavily on Iralyn Ortiz, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run. Abigail Castro was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one home run.

Hollywood was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .375. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Belmont's offense. They came up short against Bernstein on Thursday, falling 23-0. The Sentinels haven't had much luck with the Dragons recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Hollywood's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Belmont, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.

Hollywood took their win against Belmont in their previous matchup on March 6th by a conclusive 18-3. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hollywood since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
