Wesleyan extended their postseason success on Thursday against Paideia. Their defense stepped up to hand the Pythons a 6-0 shutout. Considering Wesleyan have won 15 contests by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory was the 14th in a row for Wesleyan, bringing their record up to 17-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those 14 matches. As for Paideia, their loss dropped their record down to 10-5.

As of now, neither Wesleyan nor the Pythons have any future games scheduled.
