Volleyball Recap: Ellington Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Ellington had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Arcadia Valley Tigers. For the Whippets, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Megan Copeland paced Ellington's offense, picking up ten kills. Copeland got some help from Tayleigh Cowin and her 16 assists.

Ellington's victory bumped their record up to 11-3-1. As for Arcadia Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-6.

Ellington has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Greenville on the 20th. As for Arcadia Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Fredericktown on the 20th.
