Olympia's rock-solid defense showed up for the team's seventh consecutive shutout  on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Lake Nona Lions  an   18-0 shutout. The final result isn't all the surprising considering the Titans' considerable advantage  in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked 96th, while the Lions are ranked 282nd).
Olympia pushed their record up to 8-1 with the  win, which was their fifth straight  on the road dating back to last season. Those  road  victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 1.4 points on average over those games. As for Lake Nona, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record  this season.
 Olympia will take on Colonial at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Lake Nona, they will welcome Windermere  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
