Basketball Recap: KIPP Legacy Sets Scoring Season-High Against Chrisman

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask KIPP Legacy). They claimed a resounding 81-48 win over the Chrisman Bears. Given KIPP Legacy's advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 116th, while Chrisman is ranked 460th), the result on Friday wasn't entirely unexpected.

KIPP Legacy's victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Chrisman, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-13.

KIPP Legacy is taking a road trip to square off against Plattsburg at 7:30 p.m. on January 31st. Chrisman has already played their next contest (against Belton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
